David Diamond, Ph.D., is currently a Professor of Psychology at the University of South Florida and also serves as an expert witness providing specialized services in cases of human error resulting in memory issues. He has directed his research program on post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Dr. Diamond’s specialty area is in CNS (Cognitive Neuroscience) and teaches Cognitive & Neural Sciences with highlight on Physiology of Behavior, Psychology of Learning, Neurobiology of Memory, and Disturbance of Brain and Behavior by Stress.

David Diamond has studied the brain and memory for over 40 years; He has extensive research on Neurobiology of Learning and Memory; Influence of Stress on Brain and Behavior; Animal Model of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder; Neurobiology of “Forgotten Baby Syndrome“; Nutrition and Health.
